For 25 years Yono’s Restaurant has been Albany’s premiere restaurant for world class fine dining. Of course the food itself takes center-stage and features traditional Indonesian cuisine alongside classical European dishes. Fabulous signature dish Babi Kecap Singa Raja is pork tenderloin in sweet soy, ginger, and orange rind heralding from Bali. Of the European dishes the veal with prosciutto and pistachios is excellent and the seared salmon with saffron-truffle sauce is spectacular.
To enhance the food and wine interplay, Yono’s award-winning wine list has over 700 wines from 15 countries, in addition to 40+ vodkas, 15 single-malt scotches, and 20 brandies and cognacs.
