It used to be called Nothing But Noodles but today we know and love it as The Pasta Factory in Latham. This no-frills little eatery is one of the friendliest in the region and its superb range of cuisine is equally as inviting as the atmosphere.

The Pasta Factory is the place to head to when you want some first-rate food for rock-bottom prices – everything on the menu is under $10 – but don’t assume that the low price is indicative of the quality. Everything at The Pasta Factory is cooked to order using the freshest ingredients and the portions are more than generous.

The diverse menu features a variety of Italian, Asian and American dishes, as well as hearty appetizers and a great selection of salads. The Pear and Balsamic salad (succulent pears, walnuts, spinach, blue cheese, house balsamic vinaigrette) is both unique and delicious, the Lobster Ravioli in creamy chipotle sauce never disappoints, and the Tuscan Chicken (sauteed chicken breast, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, prosciutto, capers and lemon butter) definitely demands a return visit.
