Can I use my voucher the same day I purchase the deal?

To find out when you’ll be able to use your voucher, click “Buy Now” and look just below the terms for the deal, where you will see the timeframe for receiving your voucher. You will see the voucher purchase as pending in your CrowdSavings account in the meantime, and will receive an email when your voucher is ready for use. If you’ve already purchased your voucher, just log into your account and click “My Account” at the top right of your browser to see your vouchers and their activation or expiration dates. Please wait until you have received your voucher to call and schedule an appointment or book your reservation (if necessary).

How do I get my voucher?

After your voucher has been activated, you will receive notification via email that your voucher is ready to print and use. Getting your vouchers is simple - log in to the site to retrieve your voucher(s) under the “My Account” tab.

I logged in and still don't see my voucher.

If you are not seeing your voucher you may be logged in to the wrong account, if you have setup more than one account. Try logging in with another of your email addresses or via the Facebook Connect login option to access your account.

I bought a voucher, but need to return it. What should I do?

Requests for returns and refunds are handled quickly and efficiently on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return your voucher or request a refund, please contact customer service at: help@ncrowd.com.

A member of our team will handle your request within 1 business day. nCrowd, Inc. will provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you within 5 days after the purchase of a voucher, provided that the voucher has not yet been redeemed. Refunds requested more than 5 days after purchase are issued via a store credit toward a future purchase.

If you need to request a refund for a deal purchase from a company CrowdSavings has acquired, please contact CrowdSavings’ customer service department. Please note that we cannot reverse transferred store credit or refund back to the purchaser’s credit card purchases made on a former company’s website. Our customer service team will do their best to help you in using your voucher or receiving store credit for the amount you paid towards a future CrowdSavings purchase.

Your voucher may be downloading and saving to your "downloads" folder or another folder depending on your computer’s default download settings.

How can I tell if my voucher has been used?

If the business is not using our online redemption system, then they keep track of those vouchers that have been used at their establishment. You may call the business of the vouchers in question to verify if they have been used or not. To avoid future confusion, you may use the "mark as used" feature next to each voucher in your account to hide each voucher as you use them.

How do I change my city of interest or email address?

That’s an easy one! Just log in to your account and scroll to the very bottom of the deal page - Under the “My Account” tab, click “Personal Information,” and remember to hit save when complete.

I am trying to log in and I keep getting an error message that my email credentials are not valid...what does that mean?

This means that you probably have setup two accounts with the same email address. Please send us a help desk ticket and we can resolve this issue for you: help@ncrowd.com.

Is my information safe with you?

Yes! We use a secure credit card process to make sure your personal information and credit card information is safe. Your credit card information is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection and your information is not stored on our servers.

What if my bill is $35 and my voucher is for $40? What happens?

You must use your voucher in its entirety, as there will not be any change given, nor will a new voucher be made for any difference. So go ahead and order dessert or get an extra service! Since your voucher is good only for goods and services, you may not use any remaining balance towards tax or tip.

What about gratuity or tipping?

“To ensure prompt service” is the rule for tips. If you get standard service, it's customary to tip at least 18% of the total bill, before the discount from your voucher is applied. So if the total bill is $80, and the voucher is good for $80 worth of food, you would tip on the $80. Just look at the total bill before the discount when calculating the tip.

What if the merchant refuses to take my voucher, what should I do?

It is extremely rare that you would run into a problem that cannot be resolved between you and the merchant. Should there be any issue with your voucher, please contact us right away at help@ncrowd.com. We will get the misunderstanding resolved by the end of the next business day, if not sooner. We also suggest you present the voucher upon arrival or before ordering to eliminate any possible issues.

How do I give the voucher to someone as a gift?

Gifting vouchers is encouraged and very generous of you. Once the deal closes and the voucher is in your account, you can click "Print" and on the voucher you will see the button "Is This Voucher a Gift?" Click on it and you can enter the name of the gift recipient. Once you do that, click the “Print” button on that page and your gift is ready!

I signed up for your deals, but don't see any deals in my city?

We may not be in your city just yet. You can still sign up for our deals and you will be the first to know when we offer deals in your city. We currently offer national deals and by signing up you will receive these in the meantime. If you live in a city where deals are not currently featured, drop us a line and let us know some of the cool places and things to do in your city... It might be the next on our list of cities to conquer.

Does nCrowd have a rewards program?

We are continually evolving our rewards program. Currently, after you purchase one of our deals, you can share the deal with your friends. Post to Facebook, Twitter, or send your friends your unique referral code (shown on the share page after checkout) and if your friends purchase the same deal and use your code, you will earn a percentage off your next purchase. The more friends that purchase, the more money you save on your next purchase.
