Can I purchase a deal of the day voucher the following day?

Unfortunately, no you cannot. Every weekday we offer a brand new deal, so if you see a deal you want, purchase it before the deal either sells out or the day ends.

Can I use my voucher the same day I purchase the deal?

No, all of our deals run at least 24 hours to give everyone a chance to get in on it. You will receive your voucher the morning the deal closes by 10 A.M. Friday deals run through the weekend, and vouchers are available the following Monday morning.

How do I get my voucher?

After the close of the deal, your credit card will be charged and you will receive notification via email. Getting your vouchers is simple, log in to the site after the deal has completed to retrieve your voucher(s) under the “My Vouchers” tab.

I logged in and still don’t see my voucher.

If you are not seeing your voucher (and it's after the close of the deal) you may be logged in to the wrong account, if you have setup more than one CrowdSavings account. Try logging in with another of your email addresses or via the Facebook Connect login option to access your account.

Is my information safe with you?

Yes! We use a secure credit card process to make sure your personal information and credit card information is safe. Your credit card information is transmitted over an encrypted SSL connection and your information is not stored on our servers.

What if my bill is $35 and my voucher is for $40? What happens?

Well your voucher is worth it's face value for goods and services at it's specified location. What that means is, you must use your voucher in it's entirety, as there will not be any change given, nor will a new voucher be made for any difference. So go ahead and order dessert or get an extra service! Since your voucher is good only for goods and services, you may not use any remaining balance towards tax or tip.

What about tipping?

To insure prompt service is the acronym for tips. Most of us have known a waiter or waitress in our lives, so we know they make less than minimum wage and depend on their tips for income. If you get standard service it's customary to tip at least 15% of the total bill, before using your voucher. So if the bill is $80 and the voucher is good for $80 of food at $40, you would tip on the $80. Just add the discount to the bill total when calculating the tip.

What if the Merchant refuses to take my voucher, what should I do?

It is extremely rare that you would run in to a problem that cannot be resolved between you and the merchant. Should there be any issue with your voucher, please contact us right away at support@crowdsavings.com. We will get the misunderstanding resolved by the end of the next business day if not sooner. We also suggest you present the voucher upon arrival or before ordering to eliminate any possible issues.

How do I give the voucher to someone as a gift?

Gifting voucher is encouraged and very generous of you. Once the deal closes and the voucher is in your account you may either print the voucher you wish to gift and give it to the gift recipient (putting it in a card is a nice touch), or you can download the voucher to your computer and save it and email it to the recipient as an attachment.

I bought a voucher, but need to return it. What should I do?

Requests for returns and refunds are handled quickly and efficiently on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return your voucher or request a refund, please contact customer service at: support@crowdsavings.com. A member of our team will handle your request within 1 business day. Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase are issued via a store credit toward a future CrowdSavings purchase.

What if the Company goes out of business before I use my voucher?

Please contact us at: support@crowdsavings.com so we may rectify the situation in a timely fashion.

I signed up for your deals, but don’t see any deals in my city?

We may not be in your city just yet. You can still sign up for our deals and you will be the first to know when we offer deals in your city. We occasionally offer national deals and by signing up you will receive these too in the meantime.

What is a temporary authorization?

A temporary authorization occurs when we test to confirm that your credit card account is valid and/or has sufficient available credit.

I can’t print my voucher...Help!

First, please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat you can download a free copy here: http://get.adobe.com/reader

If you are still having trouble printing or locating your voucher after hitting print, the voucher may be downloading and saving to your "downloads" folder or another folder depending on your computer’s default download settings.

How can I cancel my account (remove email from list)

To cancel your CrowdSavings account, you may send a request to support@crowdsavings.com (please be aware you will not have access to any vouchers in an account once closed).

How do I change my city of interest or email address?

That’s an easy one. Log in to your CrowdSavings account and scroll to the very bottom of the deal page - Under the “My Account” tab, click “Personal Information,” and remember to hit save when complete.

I am trying to log in and I keep getting an error message that my email credentials are not valid...what does that mean?

This means that you probably have setup two accounts with the same email address. Please send us a help desk ticket and we can resolve this issue for you: support@crowdsavings.com.

Does CrowdSavings have a rewards program?

We are continually evolving our rewards program. Currently, after you purchase one of our deals you can share the deal with your friends. Post to Facebook, Twitter, or send your friends your unique referral code (shown on the share page after checkout) and if your friends purchase the same deal and use your code you will earn a percentage off your next purchase. The more friends that purchase the more money you save on your next CrowdSavings purchase.
