A little hard to find the place, but once I did, it was a nice experience. The lady who performed my service (who's name escapes me) was nice and professional. The receptionist lady was also nice and professional.

I have been receiving the best laser hair removal treatment at Sousan from Fabiola and recommend her to anyone visiting Sousan. She is incredibly professional, explains the process step by step, is very knowledgeable of laser hair removal, and makes the experience as comfortable as possible. The spa is located in a great area.
I've been to Sousan 5 times and have only had one sub-par experience; my session (which was only 45 minutes, though expected to be an hour) was rushed due to too many people waiting. I was not even able to tip Fabiola because she was rushed out of the room and someone entered while I was getting dressed to hurry up the process. This is in no way the fault of the aesthetician, who is the main reason I keep choosing Sousan for my laser hair removal and have purchased several packages from them. The establishment should work to better its scheduling process than interrupt the experience for those who are remaining loyal.
With the exception of this event, I would recommend Sousan to anyone in the Houston area seeking laser hair removal.
