American classics served in huge portions in gingham-lined baskets, plenty of hot sauce to hand, smiles all round and mouths watering and just waiting to tuck in… Jefferson’s Restaurant has been turning us all into Pavlov’s dog since opening its first eatery back in 1991.

20 years later and Jefferson’s fabulous restaurants are pleasing thousands of happy diners across 5 states and 15 cities, including us lucky folks right here in and around Brentwood.

At Jefferson’s it’s all about the food, not fancy gimmicks or corporate ideologies. Classic hearty food made fresh to order, served in a family-friendly environment and at wallet-friendly prices. Famous for its wings, burgers and oysters, you’ll find something on the menu for every taste and any time of day at Jefferson’s.

No visit is complete without a basket (or two!) of the breaded and fried dill pickles which are the ideal way to start what promises to be a memorable meal. Other crowd favorites include the huge mound of nachos supreme (a meal in itself) and the Jefferson chicken platter - which weighing in at half a pound of chicken breast topped with bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce, will take care of even the hungriest appetite!
