if i purchase multiple sets of earrings, is there an adjustment to the shippping charges or is it always $5 per set of earrings?

The merchant emailed the following information:
Our system can’t adjust it but if they email us we can reimburse them. We can ship 2 pieces per mailer. So if they buy three, they will need to be charged shipping twice. If they buy two, we can have them only be charged once for shipping. Does that make sense? Regardless for redemption they will have to be charged every time but as I said we can reimburse accordingly.
