The other question I submitted about the additional charge is simply because on one of the calls I requested a copy be sent to my email so that explains that as well. It is clearly noted on the site, so I should have realized. You might want to let customers know that due to traffic on the site I had to place every 2 X and it takes the information and confirms on the 2nd entry. All my email confirmations came in right away! Terrific site!

I did not realize this, but the confirmation email says that "Please note that the delivery time displayed on this receipt is for the GMT time zone. Please adjust accordingly for your time zone. " As this was nowhere on the actual sight, I entered the date/time for MY time zone which is Central "assuming" that the state that I entered in would determine time zone. So, my question is this - how do I tell the parents what time to expect their children's calls? I think GMT means mountain time? Mountain time is an hour ahead for us, so if I had it set up for 4:00 pm, that means it would actually come in around 3:00 PM? There is no place on their website to ask this.
