How do you redeem the voucher. I purchased one and went to the site and there is no "Order" button. You have to create an account and then someone contacts you about opening an account!?!? The actual voucher has ZERO information about ordering. No telephone number, no website, nothing but my address and voucher number.

On your voucher you can see that the item will be shipped to you. It also stated that in the deal when you purchased. The voucher states "Product will be shipped to address entered at CrowdSavings checkout - no voucher redemption is necessary."
You had to add a address at check out and the item will be sent to that address.

According to the terms, the Large size is "(26”l x 43”w x 4”h for dogs up to 150 lbs.)" so weight wise I would think you'd be fine, its up to you if you think those dimensions are sufficient for your snuggle buddies.
