Relocating to Florida, Saverio brought with him first-hand knowledge of the quality of cuisine that diners in the Eternal City demanded, and has used his experiences to give Primi Urban Cafe a genuine authenticity in both its menu and atmosphere. Ordinarily, to taste food this good you’d have to travel to Italy, and Saverio and his expert team deserve praise for bringing the true tastes of a Roman Trattoria to St Pete.
