By joining the Tampa Ghost Watchers – the Bay Area’s foremost ghost hunters – you’ll enjoy a three-hour tour of the American Victory Ship, during which there will be a presentation and special discussion on ghost investigating, photos and more from other ghost investigations, and a history of and tales from the ship itself. Choose from one of four dates: Friday Nights on June 17th, September 9th and October 21st or Saturday Night October 22nd. Discounted vouchers for July 15th and August 12th have sold out. You’ll be able to roam this incredible ship and conduct your own investigations for ghosts in the ‘Grey Lady’ while an American Victory Ship representative shares history about the ship, as well as information on previous investigations that have taken place on board.
The American Victory Ship is one of only 4 fully-operational WWII ships in the country. So where better to search for ghosts than this 65+ year old vessel that has circumnavigated the planet, with her cavernous three-level cargo holds and 9 decks, including flying bridge, wheelhouse, crew cabins, lifeboats, and engine room?
