Opened in 2009, Red Mesa Cantina staked its claim as the Mexican taqueria and ceviche bar of choice in St. Petersburg, backing this up by winning a host of awards, much critical acclaim and a large following.

Located in the heart of downtown St. Pete the restaurant is beautifully appointed, with a warm and inviting interior dining area, modern but unpretentious bars and a stunning outdoor landscaped patio. A vibrant and celebratory atmosphere pervades throughout.

The food is an exquisite fusion of classic Latin-inspired cuisine with modern ingredients and methods – the ahi tuna, coconut milk, ginger and habanero ceviche and the roast duck taco with pineapple and goat cheese are perfect examples.

The two full bars feature a wide range of artisan tequilas and hand-crafted cocktails from fruity caipirinhas to infused margaritas – with the outside Luncha Bar proving to be particularly popular with the relaxed lunch-crowd and partying night-owls alike.
