Setting sail from Clearwater Bay, you’ll be treated to complimentary wines, beer and soft drinks as you coast through Clearwater Pass and out into the Gulf. Great Tropics Boat Tour. Beautiful sunset, saw dolphins playing in the waves, great friends (20 of us in all celebrating a birthday) complimentry beer, wine and soda. We all agreed we could not have had a better time. It was beautiful weather and we had great service from boat employees!!

Very friendly crew that helped 21 of us celebrate a friend's birthday. Asked to bring a cake aboard and they said, "No problem." The commentary helped create a wonderful experience and we'll be back.

The crew was nice, they took great strides in getting as close as possible for viewing the dolphins, and even pointed out homes in the area owned by celebrities.
Only thing they should change, is feeding the seagulls loaves of bread at towards the end of the ride.
Not only do we not want any bird droppings on us, but this is not good for the birds or the ecology. If they wanted to take natural food that these birds normally consume from the bay, to attract birds it would be different. But by feeding any animals, birds and fish with food that is not available to them in nature, we risk upsetting the ecology. The chemistry of their droppings alone, can add to changes in our bay water.

The Tropics Boat Cruise is one the best ways to spend 2 or 2 1/2 hours of your day. The staff is so friendly yet professional. I've been on the cruise four times and have seen LOTS of dolphin every time. The sunset cruise is just spectacular. I live in hour away but it's worth it and would go every week if I could.

We really enjoyed our sunset cruise!! The crew arranged a perfect sunset for us and made it last well into the evening. We were running a little late and they called us to make sure we would make it and even told us secret tricks to parking and getting across the bridge faster. They were very accomodating for my pregnant girlfriend and I and even held the boat so she didin't have to run down the wharf. I would definitely recommend this cruise to everyone!!!!

The Tropics Captain and staff are very friendly and nice. They make your boat ride enjoyable and fun. I recommend this boat ride to any one looking for a good time and you will have to try the Blue Dolphin drink for $5.00 it is worth it. Free beer, wine and soda on the cruise as well.
