Does this come on card stock? Do you have a place to see what the designs are? If I wanted to upgrade to a bigger card, can I do that for an additional fee? Thanks!

Yes, the cards come printed on 80lb card stock. 20 of their designs are currently up on their Website. With the voucher you have a choice of 5x7 cards or 6x9.
