Here at CrowdSavings.com we love Ceviche – it’s our favorite restaurant in the bay area; be it the original in Tampa, the St Pete and Sarasota sister restaurants, or the recently opened addition to the family in Clearwater. In fact, the mere mention of these fabulous tapas bars prompts a discussion throughout the office concerning their best dishes.
“Definitely the Champinones al Ajillo” (sauted wild mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and garlic, flambaed with Spanish sherry) says Chad Jaquays, our President & CEO, while Chief Operating Officer Doug Bauer reckons it’s “Piquillos Rellenos” (roasted red peppers stuffed with ground veal and mild chorizo sausage, in a light sherry sauce).
“Haricot Verdes” (sauted green beans with orange zest and garlic in extra virgin olive oil) is Josh Sherman, Director of Web Operations’ choice while his wife and our Social Networking Liaison Jenny prefers “The Solomillo a la Parilla” (prime filet grilled and sliced with wild mushrooms and brandy cream sauce) is the best.
The truth of the matter is that everything at Ceviche is fantastic, and we’re not the only ones who feel that way – since 1997 Ceviche has won every award going and with the beautiful new Clearwater location now has 5 unsurpassed Tapas restaurants to its name.
