“You’re just like Starbucks – only better!” It’s the phrase heard hundreds of times by Dishtopia & The Anytime Tea Bar’s co-owners Ann and Stephanie since they opened their South Tampa emporium last November. “People come in for the first time and that’s what they always say.” Reflects Stephanie with a smile, and it’s easy to see why.

The modern décor, comfortable surroundings (including inside seating, barstools, lounge chairs and a covered patio outside), eclectic music, Wi-Fi, and a 42” HDTV make Dishtopia the perfect urban oasis – a casual hideaway to escape the city and hook-up with friends, family, or perhaps just relax into your own little reverie.

With over 110 loose-leaf teas on offer – Greens, Whites, Oolongs, Blacks, and Herbals – all of which can be served hot, iced, or as lattes, there’s something for everyone, and in addition each is available to purchase as loose-leaf to take home and brew yourself.

Of course when it comes to tea it’s always nice to have an accompaniment and Dishtopia don’t disappoint here either. Traditionalists will revel in the scones with Devonshire cream, but the menu also features sandwiches, quiches, soup of the day, cake of the day, tarts, muffins, and much more.
